Package Your Items
Securely pack the apparel in its original packaging or a sturdy mailer, ensuring all original designer tags remain attached.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
